Know Ye Not That Heaven's Eyes Are On Thee?

Only the best for the Lord!
It was supposed to look like I was holding it...that didn't work
out so well =)
So my companion and I got to go three times to see the new Gilbert temple! It is the most stunning thing ever, both in looks and feel. Someone told us that the carpet designs in the Celestial room (the one with the massive chandelier) were drawn first by hand, then carved into the carpet. I am still in awe...I love the temple! If you haven't gone yet, make it a priority to go. You will feel so at peace, I promise.

My companion and I have had two pretty special experiences this week. I thought I would share them with you!
Experience One!
On Tuesday, we attended the open house with a family. Afterwards, we received a ride home from a member. Just as we pulled into our apartment complex, we saw our neighbor struggling to carry an arm full of groceries, and her baby. We jumped out of the car as fast as we could, and grabbed all the grocery bags. Our neighbor told us that she was just thinking about calling us to help her, because she was supposed to be on the way to the airport to pick up her dad, but had to clean out the back of her car first. She was at a loss of how to do it all, and then we pulled up! We helped her carry everything to her apartment, and she managed to get off to the airport right on time.

Experience Two!
Two days ago, the Elders in our district brought us a huge container of brownies (which is dangerous. A whole pan of brownies, just sitting there...I don't know how long they were thinking they would last...). My companion and I were having a good time eating them, when we suddenly remembered that a sister in one of our wards had mentioned to us the day before that she was in need of a lot of brownies for an after party. We gave her a ring, and managed to catch her right at the end of all her brownie making. We brought the whole pan over to give to her, and she was able to relax and hopefully get some other things done for the party besides cook brownies!

So, I wanted to share these two instances with you hopefully help you to see that the Lord knows who you are, and what you need. I have a firm testimony that God answers every prayer, both the spoken and unspoken. Christ taught to his disciples that,

"Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father...Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows."
(Matthew 10: 29, 31)

Please remember that you are never forgotten. Heavenly Father know you, and what you need. Today, look for little tender mercies from Him. I promise that as you make this a pattern for your life, you will be strengthened by the knowledge that God truly is rooting for you!
